Kia Chronicles

Ah, this never ending Kia saga. Will it ever be resolved? To update you from my last post, the van has to go back to the dealer AGAIN! Last week it refused to start again, we took it to a local mechanic in Redlands, he stated that the battery was faulty. After talking with Omar and debating whether we should drive out to Corona again or just fork out the cash for the new battery, we decided to do it ourselves. And for the whole weekend the van was working great! Which was a blessing because we baby sat for my sister in law and had the van fully packed with kids. A 5 yr old, an almost 4 yr old, and two 2 yr olds. The reason for that was, our brother in law had a mild heart attack (scary!) and was in the hospital. When we dropped off the kids on sunday, we had to rush back to Redlands to get me to my church meeting and as soon as I pulled into the driveway at church, the car completely lost all power. I pretty much coasted myself into a parking space. I went into my meeting and then told the Bishop what just happened, he said we could leave the van there til we got a tow truck there and the van has remained there ever since. I have been on the phone all morning with the dealer telling them to expect the van to show up. And if its not fixed this time, I am getting a refund. I AM! I already have all my documents in order, thank you Lemon Law. I am also in contact with consumer affairs and already have a Better Business Bureau complaint form filled out and ready to be sent. Thank you to my dad for the AAA service and help!

In other news, my youngest sister joined the facebook community and posted a picture of herself! I love that I can now communicate with her!

Cousins!! My weekend crew ;)

This is a picture that Omar doctored, that I think is hilarious.
