Virus

We've been a bit MIA lately due to our computer having a virus and me being completely shut off from Internet access. It has been a rough week. Landon likes to play games on Disney.com so he's suffering too. All this happened within a couple days of us canceling my cell phone. Figures. Our home line though is pretty awesome, I forgot what it was like to have an actual answering machine. I held back my excitement and have yet to leave a corny introduction on it for when people leave us messages. Lol. Speaking of messages, a friend of mine from church opened up her own day spa so me and my best friend went to treat ourselves to our first ever massage. The kind where you get almost naked and lay there with your face in that round pillow. And granted I was a little apprehensive about having to undress, it was amazing! I seriously want that for every mothers day, birthday, anniversary from now on. Highly recommended. So in addition to that rare treat, I have also been racking my brain with the idea of getting the kids a pet. I wish we could get a dog but I feel like that's unfair for dog being that we dont have a yard. So I'm looking at birds, a rabbit, maybe trying a fish again. Hamsters are annoying and smell, I'm not a cat person, and I refuse to let a rodent or reptile in my house. Which limits the possibilities. See my dilemma? In other news, I'm about to be a great aunt. :) Omar's company picnic is coming up soon, Landon will be turning 5 next month (ah!), and my best friend will be graduating from college! Got to go shopping for gifts! Have a good weekend, hopefully the next time I blog it will be from a desk top and not from an iPhone.
