So wish us luck this week as we continue the battle with the potty. I'd like to be able to go to Target without having to buy diapers. :P
This week we are re introducing Ava's old rival back into her life. We are talking about the potty chair. We are also experiancing some tantrum spells. The terrible two's started to peek out and boy was I not ready for it. I thought we were over that phase. I thought that I had gotten lucky and that my diva little child wasn't going to put me through that. Wrong. She has a scream that could shatter glass and pierce your ears. A temper that is usually shown when she gets impatient and can't get her socks on. She will then take to screaming out in frustration (much like her mother) and then laying down flat all while exerting a combination of crying/screaming/yelling. She also has a new favorite game. Its called "get dead". She pretends that she is dead, lays down, closes her eyes and yells out "im dead!!" and then waits for someone to come kiss her so she can be alive. She plays this with everyone. It's a morbid take on Snow White I guess. She also loves to dress up, as shown.
