It's hot!!

The heat has returned!! And by heat, I mean unbearably hot, muggy, and gross. Trying to find refuge from it has been easier though. I remember when I was little and it would be around 4pm with the sun was shining right into the front of the house making upstairs a gazillion degrees, he'd get us up and out into the car for an ice cream cone from Thrifty's and a walk around the air conditioned store just to get out of the heat. Which I in turn have been implementing in my home. Using other people's a/c. :) Not to mention completely taking advantage of the pool.

We also stumbled upon this little park up by us and let the kids check it out and enjoy themselves.
