He is officially 2! Friday we had a small party for Landon with just a couple people over. The night before I practically ran to Target and bought more then I should of and did serious damage, but it's all for him, right? :) His whole world is "Cars." So, I got the cars table cloth, cars plates, napkins, and even a cars cake (that turned out pretty good even though it was from Staters). For his presents, we kept it small since we had done Disneyland a couple weeks ago. He got a bunch of new books, including The Rainbow Fish, am I the only one who remembers that book? He also got a couple new movies, church clothes and play clothes, and the finale was a t-ball set. All of which he loved. I think his favorite part though was the balloons. I'm pretty sure that if all we got him were those balloons he would have been just as happy. Word of the wise, if your kid is ever sad, buy them a balloon and their world turns around like you wouldn't believe.Now, I would post more pictures, however Omar is now fired from camera duty as he is hopeless. It's okay, he understands. I asked for him to take a picture of the cake before it was cut into (for memory sake) and this is what I found when I reviewed the pictures...
So you understand my frustration. Needless to say, he tried. Most of the pictures that were taken when Landon was opening presents are either blurry, have someones hand in them or are just plan unflattering.As for other news.... AVA STANDS UP NOW!!!!
