dont be all up in my bid-nass

for all of u who dont know, omar and i are trying to get a house this year, since its a buyers market.. it still seems out of reach for us. which sucks. and all because of our short credit history. so does this mean i should go out, apply for a credit card and buy something that we dont need just to add history to it? im lost. i dont understand mortgages or numbers.. all i want is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, somewhat of a backyard so the kids can play, a fenced in front yard preferrably, nice kitchen, and a porch. too much to ask for? ohh and a safe neighborhood, thats the kicker. everyone i talk to thats in the real estate business is like, "oh man you guys qualify for so much!!" im like, dude put the money where ur mouth is. talk doesnt mean crap til im sitting in my own living room. goodness gracious.. too much venting. on a lighter note... I LOVE the twilight soundtrack. ok and the movie. its just awesome. lets see whats coming up this month.. oh ya, LANDONS second birthday!!!!!!!!! im soo excited for him. omars mom's bday is sunday, i guess we are supposed to bbq for her at the park or something. we ordered flowers for her, so i hope she likes em, *fingers crossed*. then my sisters bday is the weekend after that and we are going to newport to take her to dinner with her new baby, Sabrinah. (fave niece). then sunday is mothers day, and then landons disneyland extravaganza, and then i think thats it. lol, sounds like an expensive month. ughh...
